Stop Chasing Admissions. Start Governing Intake.
Every vacant seat has a cost. Every wrong candidate has a bigger cost.
HBIMS-NAF&SA - National Admission Framework & Seat Assurance is built for Maritime Training Institutes that want a cleaner, documented, parent-aligned and seat-ready candidate pipeline without losing institutional control.
This is not an agent model. This is not commission-based admission. This is not a recruitment service.
This is a principal-to-principal, MOU-governed intake framework designed to help MTIs receive screened, counselled, medically aware, document-ready candidates while preserving 100% MTI authority over final admission.
“The institute that controls its intake controls its reputation.”
Why MTIs Need a Governed Intake Framework
Many MTIs are not short of demand. They are short of controlled, verified, serious and document-ready demand.
Without a governed framework, MTIs face seasonal admission uncertainty, rising marketing cost, weak lead quality, unserious enquiries, parent confusion, incomplete documents, last-minute medical issues, fake-agent pressure, brand misuse, refund disputes, no-show candidates, dropout risk, no structured MIS, no candidate traceability and compliance anxiety.
“Every non-compliant lead is a liability. Every governed candidate is an asset.”
What Is HBIMS-NAF&SA™?
Humble Bee Education Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organisation registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
CIN: U80904RJ2018NPL116834
HBIMS is the brand name of Humble Bee Education Foundation. HBIMS-NAF&SA / NAF&SA is the trademark and copyright product / framework of Humble Bee Education Foundation.
HBIMS-NAF&SA operates as a documented admission-support, eligibility screening, counselling, medical-readiness awareness, dossier preparation and seat-mapping framework for maritime aspirants.
HBIMS-NAF&SA does not conduct DGMA-approved training, does not issue certificates, does not act as a manning agency, does not guarantee jobs and does not override MTI authority.
The MTI remains the final academic, administrative and admission authority.
“NAF&SA does not ask an MTI to surrender authority. It gives the MTI a cleaner pipeline to exercise that authority.”
